At ÉTINCELLE, we’re here to deliver flawless hair and luxury experiences—but a smooth salon flow relies on a few ground rules. Please read through our policies before booking:

Cancellations & No-Shows

We totally understand that life happens—but last-minute cancellations or no-shows impact both our team and clients waiting for appointments.

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a fee.

  • No-shows will be charged a percentage (50%) of the booked service and will require a deposit for all future bookings.

  • To respect all of our clients’ time, arrivals more than 20 minutes late will need to be rescheduled, and deposits are be non-refundable or transferable.


    Your time is valuable, and so is ours—thank you for respecting both.

Rescheduling

Need to move your appointment? No problem—just give us at least 48 hours’ notice so we can reallocate your spot. This ensures fairness for all our clients (and helps keep our books running smoothly).

Model Spots & Training Services

Occasionally, we test products and promoted services may be performed by our emerging stylists as part of their training. These model spots are discounted, but please note:

  • Results may vary compared to a senior stylist service.

  • By booking a model appointment, you acknowledge that ÉTINCELLE is not liable for unexpected outcomes—these appointments are for learning and development purposes.
    (Think of it as a little adventure in hair artistry—you’re helping us shape the next generation of luxury stylists!)

Liability & Hair Disclaimer

We take the utmost care, use only premium materials, and apply all techniques with precision—but hair is a living thing, and every head responds differently. By booking an extension or chemical service with us, you acknowledge that ÉTINCELLE is not liable for breakage, colour fade, reactions, or other results linked to your pre-existing hair condition, lifestyle, or aftercare. We trust you to be honest about your hair history, treatments, and sensitivities before service—because transparency helps us protect your hair and deliver the best result possible.
